Frequently Asked Questions

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.

No, by law you have the right to go to whatever repair shop you prefer. We work with all insurance companies and are a direct repair shop for most major insurance agencies.
No, by law you are not required to get more that one estimate for your vehicle.
There are many reasons why estimates can be so different from shop to shop. Many times, lower estimates do not include all of the damage to the vehicle. Low estimates are often written to use aftermarket or used parts on your vehicle. Using factory OEM parts will add cost to the estimate, but will result in a higher quality repair. Paint quality can also make a huge difference in the price on your estimate. Low quality paint may cost less, but it cracks, peels and fades. At Martins Collision, our paint exceeds the quality of factory grade paint and has a life time guarantee against peeling, fading, and cracking. If you have any questions considering differences in estimates, someone from our friendly staff is available to help.
Not necessarily, we have a Hertz office in our shop where you can rent a car directly after you drop off your vehicle for repairs. It is important to check if you have rental coverage in your insurance plan. If you do, we will bill the insurance directly, one less thing for you to worry about. If you don't, consider adding it to your plan. Adding rental coverage to your insurance plan is easy to do and costs significantly less then renting a car by yourself.
Estimates are free and you are welcome to come in anytime. Our hours are from 8AM to 6PM Monday through Friday. Estimates typically take between 10 to 20 minutes.
